Good afternoon, we went to see this wonderful garden and were not disappointed. Everything is beautiful and wonderful. There are a lot of people, but they don't get in each other's way. If you happen to be in Dubai, be sure to visit, but one thing to note is that the park is not open in the summer, only during the season, so it's best to check in advance. My wife and I were very happy with our visit. I recommend it. There are cafes and rest under umbrellas. It's best to plan for the whole day to take in all the beauty. I recommend it!

There are so many flowers and incredibly beautiful arrangements! Yes, it's mostly petunias, but it still looks impressive. The park is small. There is a separate ticket just for the park, but if you plan to visit the butterfly park (it's nearby, a five-minute walk away), it's better to buy a combined ticket for both parks. The only annoying thing in the park were the vendors who kept pushing their goods on you, calling out to you, and pestering you, even though you were just walking around.

I liked it. It's a great place to walk around. The installations are beautiful. The atmosphere is good. There are souvenir and perfume shops, where Arab craftsmen are skilled at haggling. Be careful with taxis; it's better to take one with a meter (with colored roofs), otherwise you risk being overcharged when you return to your hotel. I recommend the Garden of Wonders, it's a great place. And if you have children, then it's a must.

To be honest, I expected more for this price. Yes, there are lots of flowers, it's beautiful, there are cool locations for photos, but the walk takes a maximum of two hours. And there are a lot of people even on weekdays. What I didn't like was the many market stalls with pushy sellers. And fast food. There isn't a decent restaurant with a view of all this beauty. The toilet was dirty.

Dubai Miracle Garden: A Blooming Paradise in the Desert
Dubai Miracle Garden is one of the largest flower gardens in the world, located in Dubai Land, Dubai. It features over 45 million brightly colored flowers and unique designs, making it a must-see destination for nature lovers and tourists alike.
Every season, when the weather gets cooler with the onset of winter, the gates of Dubai’s miracle garden reopen. This 72,000 square meter paradise with over 150 million flowers in full bloom has become one of the most picturesque and fragrant places in the region since it first opened almost ten years ago — on Valentine’s Day, incidentally.
Miracle Garden is a marvel of modern landscape design. Whether you’re strolling through heart-shaped arches strewn with pink, red, orange, and white flower petals with someone special or watching your little one’s eyes light up at the sight of a giant floral Mickey Mouse, the world’s largest flower garden is a treasure trove of shared and personal experiences.
Dubai Miracle Garden was recognized by the prestigious Guinness World Records as the largest vertical garden in 2013 and for the world’s largest flower sculpture in the shape of an Airbus A380 in 2016. Two years later, we built the world’s tallest topiary sculpture; the 18-meter sculpture was the first officially licensed Disney character flower exhibition in the Middle East and was made from 100,000 plants and flowers weighing a total of nearly 35 tons.
A constant theme at Dubai Miracle Garden is reimagining and renewing, which keeps tourists and UAE residents coming back again and again—more than 1.5 million visits each year. Located in Dubai Land, Dubai Miracle Garden is the crown jewel of Cityland Group, which also owns and operates the Dubai Butterfly Garden located next door.
History and uniqueness of the garden
The idea for Dubai Miracle Garden originated as an environmentally friendly project. It uses purified water, making it an example of sustainable development in the desert. The park opened on February 14, 2013, and has since become a place of pilgrimage for millions of tourists. The garden’s opening on Valentine’s Day adds to its romantic charm.
Description
The garden covers an area of 72,000 square meters and is home to a variety of flower arrangements, including heart-shaped arches, pyramids, and even a floral version of the Burj Khalifa. The garden is open from October to April, and its theme changes every year. Visitors can stroll through the garden and enjoy the colorful displays or take a train tour to get a more complete view.

Hill Top
Bright flowers give Dubai’s wonder garden a sense of verticality. Visitors walk through a wonderful passageway leading to the lower part of the garden. From this vantage point, you can enjoy a unique perspective of the hill with its bright colors rising from the foot to the higher points. Up here, Dubai Miracle Garden looks like a valley of wonders. The colorful petals and trees are accompanied by several cafes and an ice cream bar. It’s the perfect place for a family photo or a couple’s selfie—over a cup of warm coffee! Try different angles to see which part of this special Dubai flower garden you can capture.
Emirates Airbus A380
With its unique, incredible double-decker design, the Airbus A380 is one of the world’s most beloved superjumbo jets, and no airline has more of them than Emirates, Dubai’s flagship carrier. We decided to pay tribute to the most impressive passenger vehicle in the sky in the most natural way we could: botanically. That’s why we teamed up with Emirates to build the world’s largest flower installation – a life-size version of the Emirates A380. Located in the heart of the world’s largest flower garden, our A380 is covered with more than 500,000 fresh flowers and live plants. Built four years ago, it is the largest structure ever built in the garden and is even listed in the Guinness Book of World Records. It’s no surprise that the A380 is one of our most popular attractions.
3D floral design
The colors, patterns, and structure of our three-dimensional flower characters are a testament to the skill of our team for visitors to the region’s most popular flower garden. We brought the concept to life by beautifully combining these characters with bright colors and giving them a remarkable appearance and unique design. From giant flower mushrooms and humanoid ants with blooming chests to swans covered in roses and cars powered by flowers, our team’s imagination knows no bounds, and these attractions have long been favorites at Dubai Miracle Garden.
The Smurfs Village
Now in its majestic tenth year, the world’s largest natural flower garden presents a new attraction that is sure to delight children and the child at heart. Dubai Miracle Garden is proud to announce the opening of a new Smurf Village for the winter season, where the world of the beloved blue creatures will be brought to life in delightful landscape designs, as part of a deal brokered by IMG. A forest of mushroom houses awaits residents and tourists as they explore one of the city’s most visited attractions.
Based on Belgian comics and a widely known film and television series, the Smurfs are small blue creatures who live in a community of mushroom-shaped houses in their own harmonious village. The dynamic spectacle at Dubai’s Garden of Wonders will consist of four different zones, including Smurf Village, Smurf Activity Zone, Smurf Haircut, and another Guinness World Record attempt, giving Dubai residents something to look forward to in the new season.
Guests will be transported to the world of the Smurfs when they enter the village of these cute blue creatures. Exciting surprises, structures, and designs inspired by everyone’s favorite characters and their homes await you at the Smurf Village in Dubai Garden of Wonders. An entire section of the garden will be transformed with special areas and zones for visitors, as well as strips of bright and charming natural colors and plants. Guests can enjoy unique paths showcasing wonderful structures and landscapes that cannot be seen anywhere else. As evening falls, visitors will be treated to surprises with unexpected characters and spectacular shows.
Dancing ballerinas
Next to the market is one of the park’s symbols – dancing ballerinas. The ballerinas spin at the same speed to different musical compositions.
Flower clock
Time is a funny thing: we love to worry about it and often feel that there is never enough of it. Although we usually look at our phones or wrists to check the time, sometimes it’s nice to look at it from a different perspective. Dubai Miracle Garden offers one such perspective in the form of a beautiful 15-meter flower clock. It is made from real plants and flowers, and we change the design depending on the season, which is particularly relevant for the shifting sands of time, daylight, and weather. The mechanical parts of the flower clock were imported from the US, and our own designers at Miracle Garden Landscaping developed the concept for its stunning design.
Umbrella Tunnel
We have more than one cool, colorful passageway at Dubai Miracle Garden. Our Umbrella Walk is one of the most interesting and creatively designed spaces in the garden. We made the ceiling out of upside-down umbrellas arranged in rings, separated by strips of flowers that were arranged according to the color of each section of the umbrella. Green plants suspended between the sections of the ceiling create a tropical forest atmosphere. However, these passages are not just for walking. There are chairs and tables spaced at a comfortable distance from each other, offering another place to enjoy food from one of our many F&B outlets, sip coffee and breathe in the floral scents, or simply take a break from walking.
Lake Park
Water and flowers are a beautiful combination, and you can see it come to life in our Lake Park. The scene, created by the reflection of flower villas and 3D models with flowers against a blue sky, leads to a sensational explosion of purple, green, red, pink, orange, and blue hues. It’s the perfect place to set your smartphone to professional or HDR mode and take a vibrant photo with your friends, family, or that special someone. The Lake Park, with its models of aquatic creatures sitting next to sea vessels, united by the floral theme of Dubai Miracle Garden, conveys all aspects of H2O and gives them a floral look.
Floating Lady
The newest attraction at Miracle Garden, the Floating Lady lies in the air with her arms outstretched, carefree, her long hair cascading to the ground.
Her dress is the star of the show. Red and white petunias cascade down from her horizontal position high above the field of flowers, creating an otherworldly illusion that she has been slowly summoned into the sky by some mysterious ancient force.
In the background, the spires of the Flower Castle are visible in the distance. Perhaps this magnificent fortress was once the home of this beautiful maiden?
Sunflower field
As the name suggests, sunflowers love the sun. In fact, they need it so much that when they are young, they turn their faces toward it.
So it’s only natural that sunflowers look their best on bright, sunny days. Their yellow petals beautifully absorb and reflect light, creating a natural, stunning backdrop for any photo, whether you’re shooting with a professional-grade digital SLR or a mid-range smartphone.
The effect is even more enhanced when you look at a field dotted with thousands of these flowers. Did you know that a sunflower is not a single flower, but thousands of tiny ones? That’s why the large brown center is so fluffy — it feels like you have lots of tiny flowers on your fingers!
How to get there
Dubai Miracle Garden is located in Dubailand, about a 30-minute drive from the city center. Visitors can take a taxi or use public transportation such as the Dubai Metro or bus to reach the garden. The nearest metro station is Mall of the Emirates, and buses 105 and 106 stop at the garden.
- Metro. Take the Dubai Metro and get off at MOE (Mall of the Emirates metro station) – red line.
- Bus. RTA Bus Route 105 from MOE to Dubai Miracle Garden will be available from October 10, 2022.
- Taxi. Taxis are also available if public transportation is not convenient for you.
Miracle Garden is located in the southernmost part of Al Barsha, in the southeast of the city and far from the main public transport routes. Fortunately, the RTA (Dubai Transport Authority) has organized a direct bus route here. Getting there is easy and inexpensive (by Dubai standards).
Option 1 (Metro + bus 105)
First, take the metro to the Mall of the Emirates station on the red (first) line.
The bus stops are located in front of the main entrance to the shopping center. Here you need to take bus 105. In 20-30 minutes, it will take you directly to Miracle Garden. The interval between buses is 30 minutes.
The price of a trip on bus 105 is fixed at 5 dirhams, payable with a NOL card. For the current exchange rate, see our article “UAE dirham.”
Please note! The ‘30-minute rule’ does not apply here, so you will not be able to save money. If you do not know what this rule is, read the article ”NOL cards – fares and features.”
Option 2 (Metro + taxi)
Take the metro to Mall of the Emirates station, which is the closest station to Miracle Garden. From there, it is 12 kilometers to the garden. There are usually taxis available near the shopping center. A taxi ride will cost between 25 and 35 dirhams, depending on whether the taxi driver takes a direct or indirect route.
Option 3 (Taxi)
You can take a taxi directly from your hotel or another location in Dubai. Since Dubai is a large city, it is difficult to predict the cost of the trip — it can range from 20 to 100 dirhams, depending on the distance. See our article “Taxis in the UAE” for rates.
- If you are vacationing in Abu Dhabi, you will first need to get to Dubai. Read our article “From Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back.”
- If you are vacationing in Sharjah, you will also need to get to Dubai. Read our article “From Sharjah to Dubai and back.”
Tips for tourists
To get the most out of your visit to Dubai Miracle Garden, follow these tips:
- Visit the garden early in the day to avoid crowds and the heat.
- Wear comfortable shoes and bring sunscreen and water.
- Plan to spend at least two hours in the garden to fully appreciate the exhibits.
- Check the weather forecast and avoid visiting on windy days, when some flower structures may be closed for safety reasons.
- Picking flowers, walking on the lawns, and littering are strictly prohibited! Keep a close eye on your children. Garden security has the right to expel violators without refunding the cost of tickets.
- Tickets are valid for entry only. This means that you cannot leave and then re-enter with the same ticket. However, there is not much to see outside.
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside, although security guards do not usually search bags. We therefore recommend that you eat beforehand at the Mall of the Emirates, which has an excellent food court. Baby food is allowed.
- Inside the garden, there are eight restaurants and snack bars, as well as stalls selling snacks, ice cream, and sweets. However, the prices here are quite high.
- There is a dress code in the park, although it is not very strict. Even short skirts and shorts are allowed without any problems. However, we do not recommend being overly revealing. Read about the dress code and rules of conduct in our article “What is not allowed in the UAE.”
- If you are traveling with children, don’t miss the trampoline park inside the garden. We also highly recommend our article “Vacationing in the UAE with Children.”
- Two attractions are located in the same area: the Global Village fair (7.5 km from the garden) and IMG World (9.5 km from the garden). If you wish, you can combine visits to both attractions in one day.
